What if I am unable to attend a concert in my subscription package?

Please call us at 226.270.0910 as soon as you know you won’t be able to attend a concert. Please note that we require at least 24 hours’ notice before the date of the concert to process your exchange. We will be happy to exchange your tickets for another London Symphonia concert in the 2023-24 Season (October to May). 

If you’re unable to request your exchange at least 24 hours prior to your performance, you can exchange your tickets for a tax receipt of equal value. 

Please note, exchanges are subject to availability and are not applicable for concerts outside of the London Symphonia 2023-24 Concert Season. Exchanges are ticket-based. You will be exchanging each ticket for a ticket of equal or lesser value.
