The London Symphonia Winds shine the spotlight on three works by composers with London connections - Jeff Smallman, Kenneth Bray and Oliver Whitehead. The Serenade in C minor, K. 388 by W.A. Mozart, and the Wind Nonet in B flat major by Johannes Brahms bring an inspired global twist to this local celebration.
Bask in the sounds of the London Symphonia Brass performing music by Renaissance masters Gabrielli, Dowland, and Byrd alongside contemporary works by Bozza and Tilson Thomas, and Composer-in-Residence Scott Good’s piece Fantasy on a Theme of Monteverdi.
